Refund policy
At Brohard Luxury, we understand that selecting the perfect luxury timepiece is an important decision. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a hassle-free return policy once the watch is re-verified and in the same condition as when it was sold.
Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 business days of delivery.
- Condition: Watches must be unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- Special Orders/Items marked as Price on Request: Some orders may have restrictions. Please contact our customer service team for details.
Initiating a Return:

Contact Customer Service: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service team at (801) 792-5720 or sales@brohardluxury.com. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Prepare for Shipment: Ensure the watch is securely packaged in its original condition, including all accessories. Clearly display the RMA number on the return package.
Shipping Returns:
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance. We're happy to help provide you with an insured way of returning your timepiece so reach out if you have any questions on shipping to sales@brohardluxury.com
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

- Original Purchaser: This return policy applies only to the original purchaser of the timepiece from Brohard Luxury.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
