What’s Covered
This warranty safeguards your investment by covering defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use. Our team of experts will evaluate any eligible issues to determine appropriate action.
What’s Not Covered
To preserve the integrity of our service, this warranty does not cover:

Damage due to mishandling or accidents

Improper storage or failure to follow care recommendations

Water damage (if outside manufacturer’s rated depth or after improper servicing)

Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, strap/bracelet aging, or crystal blemishes
Warranty Period
This warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Any repair or replacement will not extend the warranty period.

Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for insured shipping.
Our Commitment
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the timepiece at our discretion with an equivalent model. Return shipping is covered by Brohard Luxury for all validated warranty claims.
Limitations of Liability
Brohard Luxury’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the timepiece. We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from warranty-related issues.
